Welcome to BakraMandi. By accessing or using our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use BakraMandi.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
2. Listings & Transactions
- Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their livestock listings, including breed, age, weight, and pricing.
- BakraMandi acts as a marketplace and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
- All transactions are conducted directly between users. BakraMandi is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed animals.
- Fraudulent or misleading listings will be removed, and the associated account may be banned.
3. Coins & In-App Purchases
- BakraMandi offers virtual coins that can be used to boost listings and access premium features.
- All coin purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- Daily streak rewards require watching an advertisement (for non-subscribed users) before coins are credited.
4. Subscriptions
- Premium subscriptions are available on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscription management and cancellation can be done through the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Attempt to circumvent app security or manipulate the platform.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from BakraMandi without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and branding on BakraMandi are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant us a license to display it on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
BakraMandi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial loss from transactions, data loss, or service interruptions.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
